Sooo today is Wednesday. Yep, good ole Wednesday. Nothing is going on really. I got my car Smog checked this morning and it passed famously. I knew it would but I of course still had to worry about it before hand. There was this totally weird and icky old man who could not sit still in the waiting room. He couldn’t stay in one place for more than a couple minutes. Just weird. After my car was done I went to Starbucks and got a latte. Starbucks makes THE BEST damn Latte’s ever. Everything else tastes like yucky muck to me now. It’s their coffee, their coffee is just better that everybody else’s. ‘Cause think about it, its not like I just went there on a “good day” and got someone who knows how to make a good latte, no matter who makes it it always tastes the same and it always tastes good, so it’s the coffee…

So work is boring right now. There is something that I could be doing which I think I talked about yesterday, but I’d rather not because I know that it’s going to take me forever to do, so why not just add on a couple extra days? So they’ve extended the start date of the new computer system to January 2003. I’ve adopted a new attitude for this job, it’s called “I don’t give a fuck”… What do you think? Catchy isn’t it?

Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are doing that Project Greenlight dealy again. This time they’re going to have two winners, one for the screenplay and one for a director. I totally want to enter the contest but I don’t have a screenplay. I’ve always wanted to write one. Maybe I can write one before the contest starts on September 19th? Or 18th, or one of those “teenth” numbers… Or maybe I should enter the Director contest and try to come up with someone to videotape. Hmm… Well I just registered myself on the Project Greenlight website and read the requirements for the Director Contest and you have to submit your scene in Quicktime form and since I don’t have a digital video camera that counts me out. :) So I’m going to try and work on the screenplay dealy… we shall see if inspiration strikes me…

So I’m all alone now in my cubicle area. My boss is gone too which is fabulous because I don’t have to stay here much longer. I’m trying to act as if I’m making up my time that I missed this morning.

I just did a search for one thing but ended up finding something entirely different. I found another online journal/diary thingy called diaryland.com. Its purdy cool… but it doesn’t have (at least I don’t think it does) the application for your computer, so you don’t have to go to the website to add an entry. hmmm…

I hate liking good stuff… There are these nightstands that I want from Pottery Barn, they’re fabulous. But they’re like 300 for two or something like that. Its doable but its one of those things you have to plan for.

The President of the company just came into my area and freaked me out, I had a website for funiture open and livejournal up when he walked in….ech… I ended up with his seasons tickets to the 49er game on Saturday. I’m not going to use them though because they’re hooooooooooorible seats. My mom and I decided that we’d be better off watching the game at home. Plus its only a preseason game. The seats are total nosebleeders… eech…
